1. How many nappies will I need?

We would advise you to have at least 10 nappies and 6 night boosters for your newborn baby 

2. Are there special washing requirements for the nappies?

You can use any good quality non-bio washing liquid, 40 degrees C.

No softeners as this will decrease the absorbency of the bamboo

3. How much will I save by using reusable nappies?

By using reusable nappies you will not only help improve our

environment, but you also will save around £700 a child!

4. When will I get my order?

As your order will be dispatched within 2 days,

your order should reach you in around 4-6 days, 

Please contact me if you haven't received your items after this time.

5. Can I return my items any time?

If not completely satisfied with your products,

you can return your items and get full money back on purchased items,

Please note items need to be returned within 30 days and in original packaging.

6. What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs will be flat rated in UK for £ 4.85, EU for £ 6.85

FREE delivery when order exceeds £ 65.00!!

NO DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU, with exemption to Switzerland and Norway

7. Are there any hidden costs, like VAT?

NO, the cost of the product price with the delivery cost is all you're paying!

any VAT will be included in the price

8. I want to give a nappy party at my home, but live outside fife
