* Delivery is available to the UK and any EU country,( + Switserland,Norway)

   if you are uncertain if we can deliver to you,

* We use the royal mail delivery service,

   if you have special delivery requirements or want to arrange to

   pick up locally, please contact us before placing your order

* We will post your items within 2 days, please allow 4-5 days for the items to arrive for 

   deliveries in the UK, this time can be longer for outside the UK

payments

* payment can be made online with most mayor cards,

   including preferred options pay-pal and google checkout

  ( if not an account holder, this is very easy to set up during checkout)

* payment can be made with cash on collection, please enquire before ordering products

* items will be sent as soon as payment is cleared

* payments are fully secure, website protected with SSL system

returns

* in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchased item,

  u may return this and only with your proof of purchase and in original packaging

  within 30 days.  A full refund will be given on the price of purchase 

* we take extreme care that all products that leave us are in perfect condition,

  if in the unlikely case your item(s) is damaged or faulty, please contact us

  within 30 days and a full refund will be given

  When damaged by transportation, please be so kindly to send picture of damage,

  so we can deal the issue with the Royal mail

  Please note: a proof of purchase and a proof of posting is required for full refund
